Why CCC exists
Programs should outlast their founders.
Creative competitions develop courage, collaboration, resilience, and confident problem-solving. Yet many school programs depend on one determined teacher or parent—and disappear when that person moves on.
CCC exists to help communities turn that individual spark into a durable, student-centered program. We bring schools, families, volunteers, and supporters together around a shared commitment to creativity that can grow from one season to the next.

Every director shares responsibility for CCC’s mission, finances, reputation, and long-term sustainability. Each also leads a portfolio that turns board oversight into meaningful support for students.
David Felfoldi
President & Director of Development
David founded the OM program at his children's local school. In addition to serving as an OM Hall of Fame coach and trainer, he leads CCC's strategy, partnerships, and organizational growth. He helps ensure programs remain affordable, sustainable, and ready to serve more students by developing funding and community relationships.

Jennifer Muserallo
Secretary & Director of Programs & Curriculum
Jennifer supports strong governance while guiding what students learn and how instructors teach it. She develops curriculum, trainer resources, and program-quality systems for long-term and spontaneous problem-solving.
Ana Felfoldi
Treasurer
Ana ensures that every dollar directly fuels the imaginations of the next generation. By maintaining transparent and responsible financial stewardship, she makes sure that students have the resources they need to thrive. Every contribution is managed with the utmost accountability, allowing us to focus on what truly matters—making a lasting, positive impact.
Kim Conte
Director of School & Family Engagement
Kim has been part of the Odyssey of the Mind community for five years, first as a parent of two OM students and then as a coach. After serving as a co-coach for two years and coaching a team through the full season last year, she brings a parent’s perspective and firsthand understanding of what schools, coaches, and families need to feel supported and connected.

Jessica Felfoldi
Co-Director of Coach Development & Team Readiness
Jessica helps coaches organize teams and prepare students for competition. She supports coach onboarding, planning tools, check-ins, and readiness across long-term, spontaneous, style, and tournament requirements.

Erin Dolan
Co-Director of Coach Development & Team Readiness
Erin partners with coaches to identify team-support needs, share practical resources, and keep teams on track. Her work helps volunteer coaches feel prepared, connected, and confident throughout the season.

Maureen Starnes
Director of Volunteer Engagement
Maureen builds the volunteer community beyond the board and team coaches. She coordinates parent helpers, judges, practice assistants, event volunteers, and other supporters so they feel welcomed and prepared.
